RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Hello Fabulous! Here at Fab Fantasies, we highly value our customer’s satisfaction. If for some reason, you would like to return an item, you absolutely can. However, Fab Fantasies applied standard return policy as well. All items can be returned for Store Credit or Refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Check below for valid reasons for return: 


  • DAMAGED - items that are broken, have missing or broken pieces. 
  • WRONG ITEM - you received a different product. 
  • WRONG SIZE - the size you receive is different from what you purchased. 
  • MISSING ACCESSORIES - any missing accessory that does not match on the item’s description. 

All items must be returned in the original unworn condition, tags, packaging, and sanitary protection intact. Fab Fantasies does not accept items that have been worn or subjected to destructive condition. Return for exchange is applicable as long as it is within or not beyond the amount of the original item. 


PROCESSING TIME


If you wish to return an item, please contact Fab Fantasies by sending an email to info@fabfantasies.com with your complete name, order number, item information and reason for return. We would like to highlight that shipping cost for returned items will be payed by the customer. All store credits/refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon arrival of the item to our warehouse. An email notification will be sent once refund or store credit has been issued.

Fab Fantasies has the right to refuse items that cannot withstand the required standard of handling. Packaging guidelines will be strictly followed to ensure that all items are in the same condition when returned to us.
